Anton has been involved with genealogy since age 12. Recent advances in DNA research provide scientific support for the traditional information found on his family tree. Shared cM (centimorgans) and Longest Block reports show the following matches with other relatives in the genealogical databases at Family Tree DNA.
According to DNA verification, Anton is 3rd to 5th cousin to Dr. Ruben Michael Ceballos, Ph.D.  Ceballos is a place near Santander (Saint Andrew's) in Castile Spain. This scientific evidence is consistent with family records which show Anton is the 20th Great Grandson of King Fernando III of Castile.
According to DNA verification, Anton is 2nd to 4th cousin to Brian Patrick Polvado. The Polvado family originates from the island of Montenoir off the coast of the Vendée region of France. The area today called the Vendée was originally known as the Bas-Poitou and is part of the former province of Poitou. In the south-east corner, the village of Nieul-sur-l'Autise is believed to be the birthplace of Eleanor of Aquitaine (1122–1204) and was part of her kingdom.

As well as being Duchess of Aquitaine in her own right, she was queen consort of France (1137–1152) and of England (1154–1189). Eleanor became engaged to Henry Plantagenet, Duke of Normandy and Count of Anjou, who became King Henry II of England in 1154. Her children were King Richard (The Lion Heart), King John of England, and Eleanor, Queen of Castile (wife of King Alfonso VIII of Castile). Her grandchild was King Henry III of England.

The scientific evidence is consistent with family records which show Anton is the direct descendant of Eleanor and Henry II

According to DNA verification, Anton is 4th cousin to Lynne Marie Corbett, whose ancestry includes Kennedy of Scotland.  The scientific evidence is consistent with family records which show Anton is a descendant of The Lords Kennedy of Scotland.
According to DNA verification, Anton is 4th cousin to the MacFarlanes of Scotland.  The scientific evidence is consistent with family records which show Anton is a descendant of The Earls of Lennox.
Anton's mtDNA test indicates haplogroup U5; this consistent with family records which indicate a branch of ancestors come from northern Spain and northern Scandinavia.
Anton's DNA confirms royal blood lines R1b Y-DNA and U5b mt-DNA
